Omar Coffee Solar PV
Topping out at just below 100kW, this fixed-tilt solar installation at Omar Coffee provides 100% of the annual energy needs for this facility in Newington CT. Ravex and sister Phalcon company PowerHawke, provided the turnkey project including utility interconnection coordination, permitting and development, solar and site engineering, and installation of this roof mounted Solar PV system.
Hydrogen Fuel Cell
With completed installations topping more than 1GW of online capacity, our position in the renewables space is proven time and again. Our experience and expertise as a Prime Electrical Contractor taking ownership of the project start to finish, is the hallmark of our success. Managing all related trades to provide a turn-key project has established Ravex/Phalcon as the ‘go-to’ partner for just about any fuel cell project in any location. Integration of site design, permitting, sitework and trades management provides an end-to-end solution that insures successful project delivery.
UConn LED Lighting Upgrade
Working with UConn – Ravex Systems provided electrical work to install new LED lighting as part of a project for the men’s and women’s basketball practice facilities, as well as the natatorium at UConn’s Storrs location. The project included swapping overhead lights at both the natatorium and basketball facilities, the addition of a conductor control cable for dimming purposes, and the addition of a lighting control panel and dimming switch.
EV Charging Systems
With the growth of the electric vehicle industry, the corresponding growth in EV charging infrastructure is following. Ravex has installed dozens of systems across the region for the commercial, healthcare, insurance, retail and industrial markets. Our ability to turnkey from engineering to site work and electrical installation allows Ravex to provide a single point of responsibility for the entire project.
McLean Care Generator
The project with McLean Care was to provide them with a turnkey replacement on an existing 100kW Emergency Generator with a 350kW diesel powered unit. Ravex Systems reconfigured the electrical distribution system to accommodate the change, where the elimination of older devices would take place as they would be outdated with the new generator. Ravex Systems completed the generator replacement, along with connections, feeders and conductors for the main electrical room.
Bristol Hospital Behavioral Health
Bristol Hospital’s Behavioral Health and Pharmacy are undergoing a renovation to expand floor plans to accommodate more space for patients. Ravex Systems is conducting the demo work, installation of lights, outlets, and the wiring of the renovated space. Old offices are also being updated for future-proofing the hospital’s interior, where Ravex Systems is updating the security system and power systems of the hospital with the ongoing development.
